Set aside expectations you have of a typical cooking class, where your team makes pre-planned recipes as part of a conventional meal. In the Chefs for a Day class, your team comes together to problem-solve, collaborate, and strategize its way to cooking an original meal for all to enjoy.

The Chefs class is a chance for you and your group to work as the most effective and creative chefs do, in flexible, lean teams that quickly generate and test tangible ideas.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Your group arrives at our beautiful kitchen loft, housed an artists’ converted warehouse near the waterfront in Sunset Park.

You might choose to have nibbles and wine while we talk through our aspirations for the class and introduce you to the ingredients at hand.

Rather than a gimmicky basket of “surprise” ingredients, we set out a full slate of prepared items you and your teammates will use to jump-start making different things to eat.

Three hours later, your team will usher in a delicious collection of original dishes, which you'll sit down to marvel at and enjoy.
